Rebecca Ann Furlough Mizell, 78, of Plymouth, died on Sunday, June 19, 2022, at her residence surrounded by her loving family. Born March 4, 1944 in Washington County she was the daughter of the late Willie Herbert Furlough and Ethel Mae Hassell Furlough and was preceded in death by her sisters, Irene Marinko and Sue Lane and brother, Willie Furlough. Rebecca worked in the cafeteria with Washington County Public Schools. Her family includes her husband, Joseph Larry Mizell of Plymouth, NC; sons, Joseph C. Mizell and wife Erin of Columbia, SC, David S. Mizell and wife Denise of Roper, NC and Mark S. Mizell and wife Michelle of Roper, NC; nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. A private service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are by Maitland Funeral Home, Plymouth.
