Sybil H. Kennedy, a resident of Clinton, died on Sunday, June 19, 2022 at her home. She was 81 years old and was Co-Owner of Clyde Kennedy & Associates for 34 years. Visitation will be at Faith Presbyterian Church, 11659 Liberty St. in Clinton on Wednesday, June 22, 2022 from 5pm until 8pm and continues on Thursday, June 23, 2022 from 9am until service time at 10am conducted by Rev. Kelly Dotson and Jason Kennedy. Burial will be in Masonic Cemetery, Clinton. She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Clyde Kennedy, Jr. Their children, Stanley Kennedy and wife, Karen, Steven Kennedy and wife, Terri and Shelley Kennedy and boyfriend, Kevin Kern. A brother, Anthony Paul “A.P.” Heim, Jr. and wife, Janet. 4 grandchildren, Alexander (Amy) Kennedy, Kimberly (Michael) Seymour, David (Hope) Kennedy and Tristan Stokes. 4 great grandchildren, Anna Parker, Gavin Seymour, Savannah Seymour and Benjamin Kennedy. Sybil is preceded in death by her parents, Anthony Paul and Anais Heim, sisters, Althea Lumpkin and Anais “Bootsie” Clausen and infant sister, Judy Gayle Heim. Pallbearers will be Alexander Kennedy, David Kennedy, Tristan Stokes, Brad Wall, Joshua Rose, and Michael Seymour. Sybil was an avid reader and loved puzzles. Memorial donations may be made to Faith Presbyterian Church or St. Vincent de Paul.
