Winzo Holt "Smiley" (Lansing)

Mr. Winzo Holt, "Smiley",&nbsp; passed away Sunday, June 19, 2022, in Lansing, Michigan. Age 59 years. He was born on November 19, 1962, in Titus, Alabama, the son of Paul Holt and Alma Holt. <br /><br />In 1972, he moved to Lansing, Michigan at an early age where he attended Beekman Center and earned his diploma.&nbsp; He worked at McDonald&rsquo;s for a short period of time. Winzo rode his bike everywhere and could meet you on the other side of town in the same amount of time it would take you to drive in a car. He later started working at All Washed Up, where &ldquo;Smiley&rdquo; became his nickname.<br /><br />He leaves to cherish his memory his sisters, Linda Holt and Burndetta Holt both of Lansing, Michigan; brother, Lorenzo Holt of Columbus, Ohio; nieces, Shanika Daniels, Seneca (Jason) Turner of Columbus, Ohio, Channel Holt and Briana Best both of Lansing, Michigan; nephews, Paul (Maria) Holt and Julius Young both of Lansing, Michigan;&nbsp; aunt, Margaret Mims of Lansing, Michigan; special cousins, Paula Mims and Charles Buckner of Lansing, Michigan; 14 great-nieces and great-nephews, many cousins, other relatives, and friends.<br /><br />Winzo was preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Alma Holt, and brother, Julius Holt. <p class="MsoNormal">&nbsp;</p>
