Karen Marie (LaBute) Goings, resident of Fraser, has passed away on June 14, 2022. She was 64 years of

age.

Karen was born on July 20, 1957, in China Lake, California, daughter of Edward LaBute and Ruth (Rivard)

Borowski. Karen was blessed with three children of whom she loved and cherished. Her greatest joy

was being a grandma. She greatly treasured every moment with her grandchildren. She was very

thoughtful, always having a gift for someone – even if it was just because. She loved spending time with

friends and cooking for others. Through all of life’s ups and downs, Karen was a fighter. She will be

missed, and her memories will live on with us.

Karen is the loving mother of Christy (Steven) Roadknight, Danielle Burd and the late John Goings;

cherished grandmother of Alannah, Landon, Elle, Sasha, Kaitlyn, Evan; beloved daughter of Ruth

Borowski and the late Edward LaBute; and dearest sister of Joseph (Elizabeth) LaBute, Gary (Terri)

LaBute and Patricia (Kirk) Dittmer.

Visitation will be held at Faulmann & Walsh Golden Rule Funeral Home, 32814 Utica Road, Fraser,

Tuesday from 12noon until the time of funeral at 6pm.
