Edward J. Bendlin

Edward J. Bendlin, “EJ”, of New Fairfield, CT, formerly of Mount Vernon, NY, passed away suddenly due to an automobile accident on May 8, 2022. He was 35 years old.
EJ was born on June 27, 1986, the son of Edward W. Bendlin and the late Marie- Elena (Saccento) Bendlin. He was a graduate of Henry Abbot Technical High School, Class of 2004 and was a self-employed Electrician. EJ will be remembered for his love of the Dallas Cowboys, WWE wrestling, and heavy metal rock.
EJ is survived by his father, Edward, and sister, April Bendlin, of New Fairfield; paternal grandparents, Edward and Elaine Bendlin of Southbury; Uncles Dave Bendlin, Rick Bendlin; Aunts Lisa Bendlin, Gina Bendlin, and Melissa Saccento; and he is also survived by several cousins Davey, Danny, Karli, Justin, Amanda Mae and Julia Bendlin.
The calling hours to remember our beloved EJ will be on Thursday May 12, 2022, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Beecher Funeral Home, 1 Putnam Ave., Brewster, NY. A funeral service will be held for family and friends on Friday May 13, 2022, at 11:00 am at the Beecher Funeral Home, followed by the interment at Mountain View Cemetery in New Fairfield.
