Diane G. Laing

Diane Laing passed away at home surrounded by her heartbroken family. Cherished wife of John Laing, loving mother of Eve Sakowski (predeceased by husband John) and Erin Bonomo (husband Paul) and fairy-tale magical grandmother to Kristen and Kaitlyn Bonomo. Treasured sister of Carol Willis and devoted Aunt to her adoring nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her cousin and closest friend, Ellen, and her exceptionally loving parents, Christopher and Olive.

Diane never failed to credit her parents for her loving nature, selfless acts and her huge heart. She was born and raised in Queens before moving to Fair Lawn. She was an Office Manager at Agsco Corporation before retirement. She volunteered countless hours at the Opportunity Center in Fair Lawn, enriching the lives of adults with physical and developmental challenges and became a special part of their family. Diane will always be remembered for her love of gardening, flowers, butterflies and her outrageously delicious Christmas cookies.
