<p>Fotine George Karoplesitis Carros, 85, of Spartanburg, SC died Wednesday, June 1, 2022 at Pacifica Skylyn Assisted Living. Born April 2, 1937 in Viniani, Greece, she was the daughter of George Konstantine and Penelope Alataris Carros.</p> <p>Fannie was a member of St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church and the Philoptochos Society.</p> <p>Survivors include her brothers, Constantine G. Carros (Voula) of Atlanta, GA and Sam G. Carros (Rebecca) of Spartanburg, SC, along with nephews, George Carros (Ann) of Atlanta, GA, Eric Carros (Susan) of Atlanta, GA, Phillip Carros (Elizabeth) of Spartanburg, SC, and Matthew Carros of Charleston, SC, great nieces and nephews, Dean Carros, Alex Carros, Nicholas Carros, Madeline Carros, and Sammie Carros. Along with her parents, she was predeceased by her sister, Elizabeth Carros.</p> <p>A Funeral service will be 1:00 pm Monday, June 6, 2022 at St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church, 697 Asheville Hwy., Spartanburg, SC 29303, conducted by The Rev. George F. Nayfa. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, 1300 Fernwood-Glendale Road, Spartanburg, SC 29307.</p> <p>In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church Memorial Fund, P.O.
