Betty Jane Marie Brewer

Betty Jane Marie Brewer, 82, of Comanche passed from this life Thursday, June 2, 2022 at her residence.<br>Services will be 2:00 PM Tuesday in the Hilltop Church of God in Marlow with Reverend Lane Smith and Donnie Howard officiating. Interment will follow in the Elmore City Cemetery under the direction of the Bailes-Polk Funeral Home.<br>The family will receive friends for visitation from 6-8 PM on Monday.<br>Betty was born October 9, 1939 in Ludington, Michigan the daughter of Denton E. and Josephine O. (Lamb) Church. She and Billy R. Brewer were married in St. Jo, Texas on January 6, 1984. She work as an LPN for the Norman Regional Hospital for over 30 years before she retired. She enjoyed canning, sewing, playing computer games, cooking and especially loved taking care of her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, sons Billy R. Brewer and James Allen Selby, daughter Betty Jo Church and brothers Bob, George and Jim Hall.<br>Survivors include her husband Reverend Billy R. Brewer, Sr. of the home in Comanche, Oklahoma; children Vickie Kurts and husband David of Colbert, Oklahoma, Debbie Knowles of Washington, Patty Cox of Idaho, Sharon Sewell and husband Harold of Bowie, Texas, Michelle Brewer of Florida, Tim Brewer and his wife Misty of Elmore City, Oklahoma and Natachia Wyatt and husband Terry of Pauls Valley, Oklahoma as well as numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.<br>Pallbearers will be Terry Wyatt, David Kurtz, Tim Brewer, Cutter Wyatt, Cooper Wyatt and Trinton Rogers.<br>Online condolences may be made at www.bailespolk.com<br>

I didn't get the pleasure of knowing her for very long. She was a sweet and precious lady with a beautiful spirit. I had just met her last year at a camp meeting. My prayers are with her husband and her family. She is up in heaven at the feet of Jesus.
