Roy D. Cogley, 69, of Dayton (Wayne Twp.) , passed away on June 1, 2022 at ACMH Hospital. He was born on February 9, 1953 to Clarence and Dollie Mae (Haines) Cogley in Buffalo, NY. Roy worked at the Dayton Feed Mill. He enjoyed deer hunting and his trucks. Roy is survived by his three sisters, Velda M. Cooper of Orchard Park, NY, Charlene Scholes of Buffalo, NY, and Sharon D. Jamison of Buffalo, NY; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Lewis D. Cogley. Visitation will be held Monday, June 6, 2022, 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm at Carson/Boyer Funeral Home, Inc., 724 W. Main St. Rural Valley, PA. Funeral services will immediately follow at 7:00 pm with Pastor Sheila Wadding, officiating. Burial will take place in the Dayton Glade Run Cemetery.
