William H. Crouch Obituary

William H. Crouch, age 83, passed away Wednesday, August 23, 2017, at his home in Sparta, Wisconsin. He was born September 15, 1933, to Willis and Mabel (Ferries) Crouch in Wilton, Wisconsin. William drove gravel and log truck for many years for Elmer Meyers before eventually driving for the City of Tomah. He enjoyed classic country music, especially RFD Television and old westerns. More than anything, he enjoyed driving through the countryside and camping with his family at Fort McCoy and the Meadowlark campground in Sparta. He is survived by his children, Sharon Weinkauf, Sherline Graham, William (Josie) Crouch Jr., Tina (Larry) Pfaff; four step-children, Tammy (Craig) Powell, Terry (Brian) Schulz, Tom (Danielle) Anderson and Tim Anderson, 29 Grandchildren, 41 Great-Grandchildren, 2 Great-Great Grandchildren; brother, Willis (Mary) Crouch; sisters, Ruthie Grutzmacher and Louise Degler; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Willis and Mabel; grandchildren, LD and Valerie Graham, and Donald and Nicole Weinkauf; 2 wives, Iola and Patricia Crouch; brothers, Vernon Crouch Sr. and Chet Crouch Sr., Sister, Julie Colgate; son-in-law, Jim Weinkauf. Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 26, 2017, 11:00 a.m. at the Torkelson Funeral Home in Tomah, Wisconsin. Burial will follow in the Wood Cemetery, Tomah.
