Archibald Hall Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Archie Hall Sr.
Our father, grandfather, great grandfather, and friend.
Archie was born in Shellbrook Saskatchewan on May 16 1933, he moved to Alberta where he met and then married his wife Marion in 1955.

Archie was a millwright, steel worker, cowboy and cattle farmer.
In 1963 Archie and Marion bought their farm in Shepard where they lived for 43 years raising their family and becoming well known in the auction, antique, and farming community.

Archie retired from the farm life and him and Marion moved to Strathmore in 2006, where he kept his love of collecting and socializing going strong. You would be hard-pressed to go anywhere with him, where he didn't know someone and he would always stop to talk to his many friends.

Archie is survived by his wife Marion and brother Gary, his daughter Donna (Ralph), and sons Archie (Cindy), and Brad (Tammy),
9 grand kids; Jennifer, Krissy, Stacy, Amanda, Ashley, Travis, Archie Cole, Austin, and Kelsey , as well as 8 great grand kids.

Archie was predeceased by his son Brian, his sisters Katherine, Gladys, and Jean, and by his brothers Lyle and Douglas.

The love and memories we have of Archie will be forever branded on our hearts.

Please join us for an open house gathering honoring Archies life and our love for him, through our memories, stories, photos and food on June 17, 2022 at the Strathmore Stockyards between 1:00pm - 5:00pm.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made directly to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
