Cathy Dunn Shedd Willing, age 67 of Griffin, Georgia passed away on Wednesday, May 25, 2022 at Eternal Hope Hospice. 

Cathy was born on June 13, 1954 in Griffin, Georgia. She is preceded in death by her father, Charles Thomas Dunn; first husband, Kimsey Shedd; and brother, Todd Dunn. She started working for the William Carter Company in 1977 and retired as the Director of Planning in 2013. Cathy loved to travel, read, sew and cook.

Survivors include her husband; Jim Willing, daughters; Kristen Hubbartt (Daniel), Kimberly Graham (Zackary), Allison Hill (David Hightower) and Susan Langley (Biff); son, Scott Willing; grandchildren, Mason Graham, James Hubbartt, Bryson Hill, Luke Graham, Brannon Hubbartt, Trace Hill, Beckett Graham, Londyn Hill, Chris Hightower, Kaylan Hightower, Averi Williams, Ashtyn Williams, Anderson Williams, and Amelia Williams; her mother, Betty Dunn; sister, Susan Graham (Terry); sister-in-law, Bunny Strahler and many nieces and nephews.
