F. Paul Dorr Jr.

Francis Paul Dorr, Jr., husband of Margaret Martin Dorr passed away on May 21, 2022. He was the loving son of Audrey Mae Taylor and Francis Paul Dorr, Sr. He was the brother of V Joseph Dorr and Margie Ann Marquess. He was ,predeceased by his son, Francis Paul Dorr, III and sisters, Audrey Mae Owens and Theresa E. Jamar. He was the loving father of Margaret G. (Peggi) Mentges And the wonderful Poppy to Summer A. Dorr and Madison L. Dorr of Ingleside, MD .and Mallory L. Mentges and Jaden Mentges of Eldersburg. MD. Paul spent 50 years as a front end alignment specialist at Dorr's Texaco/Shell where he earned a excellent reputation. He also inspected all the Anne Arundel County School Buses for forty years. Paul was a past Director of the Bank of Glen Burnie and County National Bank. There will be a private viewing for the family 9:00 to 10:00 on June 2, 2022 at the Hardesty Funeral Home, Gambrills,MD. Family and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at 10:30 am on Thursday June 2,2022 at Our Lady of the Fields Catholic Church, Millersville, MD. Interment to follow in the church cemetery. Because of the surge in Covid cases the family respectfully asks for the use of masks. The mass will be Live streamed via Our Lady of the Fields website for those who cannot be with us.
