Hugh David Meadows, age 64, of Pine Knot, Kentucky passed away Sunday, May 22, 2022, at the Baptist Hospital in Corbin, Kentucky and was placed in the care of The Hickman-Strunk Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 24, 2022 at Sulphur Springs Baptist Church at 1:00 pm. Burial followed in the Meadows Cemetery.

He was born October 30, 1957 to Hugh Preston and Norma Jean Laxton Meadows.
David confessed his hope in Jesus Christ. He had many friends and always tried to be good to everyone. David loved his little dog and enjoyed fishing, junking, and working on cars.

Preceding him in death were his parents, brothers, Roy Lee Meadows and Steven Wayne Meadows, and a sister, Shelby Genoe.

Survivors include his children, Tosha Maxey of Pine Knot, Preston Meadows and his wife, Carrie, of Cincinnati, Ohio, Mechelle Brock and Davy Brock both of Somerset, Kentucky, a very special partner, Charlene Doran of Pine Knot, seven grandchildren, brothers, Roger Meadows and his wife Angie, of Indianapolis, Jimmie Sumner and his wife, Wendy, Helenwood, Tennessee, sisters, Charlotte Coffey and her husband, Gary, of Stearns, Marilyn Garza and her husband, Jimmy, of Indianapolis, and Treasa Clark and her husband, Bill of Stearns, sister-in-law, Judy Meadows of Indianapolis, and brother-in-law, Allen Genoe of Pine Knot.

David will be greatly missed by family and friends.
