August 6, 1949- May 18,2022 Tarline Davis was born to Archie & Irene Davis on August 6, 1949 in Vancouver, Washington. Her family roots include Alabama; Georgia; Michigan; Boston; Iowa; California; Portland, Oregon. She graduated from Fort Vancouver High School. She received an Associates Degree in Business Management from Clark College. Tarline was a member of New Hope Missionary Baptist Church located in Portland, Oregon for many years. Tarline worked at Columbia Health Services which transitioned to Blue Cross/Blue Shield for 38 years until she retired in 2011. Tarline loved family and she enjoyed spending time with them. She helped raise some of her nieces and nephews and multiple foster children. Her homegoing is celebrated by her daughter Tracey Lynn Davis, her aunt Cora Mae Davis, and the following siblings: Alfred H. Bell, Benny Davis, Marilyn Merfeld, Greg Davis, Archie Davis Jr, Theresa Murphy and Diane White and a host of nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews and cousins. All of her siblings reside in Vancouver, Washington. She is preceded in death by her parents, her Uncle Andrew Davis, her brother Joseph Bell and her sister Pamela Davis.
