<div style="font-size:12pt;font-family:&quot;Tw Cen MT&quot;;"><p style="line-height:1.4;text-align:justify;font-size:14.5pt;margin:0 0 10.7px 0;">Larry Waller, 70 of Hartford, CT, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Thursday, May 12<sup>th</sup>, 2022, at Hartford Hospital. Born in Thomaston, AL on January 22, 1952, to the late Robert and Mary (Torrance) Waller. He was the Second oldest of 10 children where they were all raised in Safford, AL. Larry was baptized at an early age by his grandfather Reverend Willie J. Waller. In 1968 Larry’s oldest brother Robert Jr. migrated to Connecticut for better opportunities. One year later in 1969, upon graduation from Marengo County Training School Larry followed his brother up to Connecticut where he became well known for his trade as a Master Carpenter and Contractor for over 50+ years. He worked on various projects around the Hartford area as well as across the state of CT. Larry was able to assist other siblings as they moved to Connecticut from Alabama by providing housing and support. Larry was always willing to lend a helping hand.</p><p style="line-height:1.4;text-align:justify;font-size:14.5pt;margin:0 0 10.7px 0;">Larry had a passion for working with his hands and simply earning an honest living. He was a jack of all trades and had just about every tool and equipment there is. If you needed anything fixed on your house or car you could count on Larry to get the job done. He could build a house from the ground up. Even in his spare time you could find Larry fixing up houses. He worked on residential and commercial properties; often times helping his daughters, family and friends with the upkeep and maintenance of their homes. Larry enjoyed listening to blues music and road trips back to Alabama. He found joy in cooking especially on the grill, hanging out at the “Shop” with his buddies, spending time with his younger brothers barbequing at the “Garage” and riding around the city of Hartford together. Most of all, he loved and adored his two daughters and four grandchildren. Larry was well known for telling stories. You could always count on a good laugh from his story telling. Larry was a loner who had a meek spirit and lived by his OWN Code. </p><p style="line-height:1.4;text-align:justify;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;font-size:11pt;margin:0 0 10.7px 0;"><span style="font-family:&quot;Tw Cen MT&quot;;font-size:14.5pt;">Larry leaves to cherish his memories his beloved daughters Carla Waller (Bloomfield) and Stacey (Mynor) Waller (Hartford). Four grandchildren, AQuanna and Avery Hansley (Hartford), and Amaria and Yafari Boland (Hartford). Two sons in Loves, Avery Hansley (Hartford) and Mynor-Dean Boland (Hartford). Two sisters, Devone Edwards (Bloomfield) and Carol (Glenn) Small (Athens,GA). Five brothers, Robert (Ruby) Waller (Birmingham, AL), Jerone Waller (Memphis, TN), Eddie (Bridget) Waller (Bloomfield), Terry (Sandy) Waller (East Windsor), and Ralph (Pamela) Waller (Windsor). Special friends, Robert, Iris, Buzz, Shirley, Cousin John Wilson, former wife Reverend Michele Augustine and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and many more friends. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by two brothers, Wilbert and Kenneth Waller.</span></p><p style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;;margin:0;"><br></p></div>
