John Conrad Florentine, 67 years old passed away May 14, 2022 at his home
after a long illness.
John was born in La Mesa, California to Joe and Doris Johnson (Roesner) on November 13, 1954
John served in the United States Navy. John worked in construction as well as a landscaper, drywall installer and concrete worker..
John married Sue Candelaria (Dalton) on July 17, 1992.
John enjoyed fishing and camping. He loved reading or watching anything about History.
His favorite magazine was National Geographic.
John was preceded in death by both his parents, a brother and his wife.​
John is survived by brothers and sisters and nieces and nephews who live in California.
John had 6 stepchildren, 5 with spouses.. John had 10 ​grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren and a God-daughter. He will be missed by his family and friends.

Private Internment will be at Springfield National Cemetery.
Cremation arrangements are under the care of Mason-Woodard Mortuary and Crematory Joplin, Missouri.
