Dennis James Weier

Our beloved Son, Father, Grandfather, Great Grandfather, Brother, Uncle and friend, Dennis James Weier, passed away on May 13, 2022 at the age of 66.



He was born in St. Catharines on November 14, 1955 to Jacob and Mary Weier. He will be lovingly remembered by his children Tammy (Brad), Quentin (Eleanor), and Scott (Cindy). He is survived by his father, three sisters (Barbara Weier, Beverly McKean, and Brenda Canal), and numerous other family members and friends.



Throughout his life he had numerous jobs, most notably becoming a heavy-duty mechanic while in the mining industry. He enjoyed fishing and spent most of his life in Northern Manitoba where he chose to raise his family before returning to Ontario. His family will fondly remember him as a man who enjoyed tinkering and fixing things.



The family would like to thank the numerous health care workers that cared for Dennis while he struggled with diabetes and cancer.



As per Dennis's wishes, no service will be held.
