<p>It’s with heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Kenneth “Smitty” Smith, on May 10, 2022, at the age of 74 years.</p><p><br></p><p>Smitty is survived by his wife of 52 years Deborah, children Ryan (Jen) and Amanda; grandson Keaton; siblings Claude (Darlene) and family, Marc (Denyse) and family, Linda (Bill) and family, and all his extended friends, family and neighbors. </p><p><br></p><p>He is predeceased by his parents Roland and Georgette Smith.</p><p><br></p><p>Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will be held from 1:00 – 4:00pm on Friday, May 20th, 2022 at the Royal Canadian Legion in Thompson, Manitoba, 101 Elizabeth Drive.</p><p><br></p><p>In lieu of flowers, if friends and family so desire, donations can be made to Cancer Care Manitoba at www.cancercare.mb.ca/Ways-To-Help/donate, or provided to family to make the donation in Kenneth’s name.</p><p><br></p>
