It is with sadness we announce the heavenly transition of Segundo Diaz Rivera , age 60, of Cincinnati, Ohio,  who entered eternal rest on Tuesday, May 10, 2022, in Cincinnati, Ohio.   He was born on June 30, 1961, in Havana, .  

Visitation is from 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm, on  Monday, May 23, 2022, at the Walker Funeral Home - Walnut Hills Chapel, 2625 Gilbert Avenue, Cincinnati  (45206).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 3:00 pm. 

In keeping with CDC Covid19 Guidelines, we encourage those who are not fully vaccinated to wear a mask and practice social distancing.
