Dolores Anne Drummond, 77, of Ottumwa died on May 13, 2022 at her home. She was born February 19, 1945 in Ottumwa to Clifford and D. Delores Christy Pilcher. She married Burdess “Bood” Drummond December 29, 1972. He preceded her in death March 7, 2016. A 1963 graduate of Ottumwa High School, Anne had worked in production for Everco for 30 years. After her retirement, she had worked at the blood center in Ottumwa for several years. She enjoyed camping, crocheting, doing sudoku puzzles, reading and feeding the geese at the park. Anne was an avid fan of pro wrestling. Surviving are her children, Belinda (Matt) Highland of Cedar Falls, Eric (Lori) Freese of Lone Tree, Doug (Norma) Drummond of Oskaloosa, Kevin (Cheryl) Drummond of Bloomfield, Cheryl Drummond of Albia, Darla (Roger) Howell and Evette (Dale) Kielly both of Ottumwa; 17 grandchildren; several great and great-great grandchildren; 2 sisters, Joan (Ed) Nydle of Ottumwa, Shirley (Mike) Hart of Cedar Rapids; her special friend, Dennis Coop. She was preceded in death by her parents; 2 brothers, Ed and David Pilcher. Visitation will begin at 12 p.m. Friday, May 20th, at Reece Funeral Home with the family present to greet friends from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Friday. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Saturday, May 21st, at Reece Funeral Home. For those unable to attend, the service may be viewed live on the Reece Funeral Home Facebook page. Burial will be in Memorial Lawn Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Hospice serving Davis and Wapello Counties.
