William Selby “Billy” Lamm, Sr., 86, of Sims, died Saturday, May 14, 2022.

Funeral, Wednesday, 11:00 AM, Marsh Swamp FWB Church Cemetery followed by a Celebration of Life in the church fellowship hall.

Mr. Lamm was the owner of Lamm’s Service Station for 60 years.  He was loved by his family and community and he cherished time with his family and will be greatly missed by all.

He is survived by the love of his life of 62 years, Dorothy Rowe Lamm; daughter, Laurie Ivey of Cary; son, Will Lamm and wife, Amber, of Wilson; grandchildren, Alex Ivey and wife, Kelly, Skylar Godwin, William, Danielle and Wyatt Lamm; sister, Audrey Perry of Elm City.
