Kenneth Neil Hall Obituary

Kenneth Neil “Kenny” Hall, 70, of Jefferson City, passed away Saturday, May 14, 2022, at Capital Region Medical Center. He was born February 12, 1952, in California, Missouri, the son of Loral Eliphas and Dorothy Mae (McDowell) Hall. He was united in marriage on November 1, 1969, in Honey Creek, MO to Linda Kay Jungmeyer who survives at the home. Kenny worked as a Union carpenter for Local 945. He and his wife later owned and operated Hall’s Dry Wall and Insulation. He retired from the Eugene Cole R-V school district as a custodian. He was a member of Peace Lutheran Church south of Jefferson City. Kenny's strong faith guided him in the construction of Peace Lutheran Church where his family still attends. Kenny loved to work around his farm with cattle, tinkering with tractors and engines, and woodworking in his shop. Most of all, Kenny was a family man and loved to tell stories of family history. Survivors include his wife, Linda Hall, Jefferson City; three children, Angie (Todd) Morice, Russellville; Danny (Maria) Hall, Brazito; Beth Johnson, Jefferson City; daughter-in-law, Emily Mueller, Jefferson City; son-in-law, Bryan Johnson, Jefferson City; ten grandchildren; one great-grandchild with another due in August; and three siblings, Dean (Jewell) Hall, Paola, KS; Joyce Keisling, Clarksburg, MO; and Caroline Hickman, California. He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Todd Hall; and two brothers, Larry Hall (infant) and Dale Hall. Visitation will be 4-6:30 p.m. Thursday, May 19, 2022, at Peace Lutheran Church. Funeral service will be 10 a.m. Friday at Peace Lutheran Church with Pastor Micah Ernst officiating. Burial will follow in the Peace Lutheran Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the Peace Lutheran Cemetery. Scrivner-Morrow Funeral Homes in Russellville is in charge of the arrangements.
