Tyler Matthew Curtis, 28, of North Vernon, passed away on May 10, 2022, in Brevard County, Florida.

Tyler was born February 26, 1993, in Columbus, he was the son of Lloyd Curtis Jr.  and Angela (Bartley) Maddux.

Tyler was employed as a landscaper and enjoyed listening to music, playing basketball, all sports, and being outdoors.

Survivors include his parents, Lloyd (Sara Bott) Curtis Jr. and Angela (Jeff) Maddux, both of North Vernon; brothers, Dalton Samuel Levi Curtis Sr. and Wesley Hunter Gage Curtis, both of North Vernon; sisters, Chrissy Dawn Mouser of Louisville, Kentucky, Shanna (Benjamin) Case of Kentucky, and Brittney Morgan Curtis and Baylee Raney Curtis, both of North Vernon; grandparents, Lloyd Curtis Sr, and Lillian May Curtis of Kentucky; nephews, Noah Jay Lee Blair and Dalton Samuel Levi Curtis Jr., both of North Vernon, and Annson Case of Kentucky; and nieces, Charlotte Case of Kentucky and Zkylirah Mydnight Dae Curtis of North Vernon.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, John Bartley Sr. and Leona Hamilton, and uncle, John Bartley Jr.

In keeping with the wishes of his family, cremation is planned with a celebration of life to be held at a later date. Arrangements were entrusted to the care of Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
