Pageland, SC

 

          Mrs. Barbara Ann Langley, age 64, entered into rest on Monday, May 16, 2022 at her home with her family by her side. Graveside services will be 2:00 PM Friday, May 20, 2022 at Blackmon Cemetery by Rev. Michael Laney. The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 PM Thursday, May 19, 2022 at Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home and other times at the home.

 

          Mrs. Langley was born July 25, 1957 in Pageland, SC a daughter of the late William “Will” and Mary Jane Hartis Laney. She was a former employee of Tucker Lumber Company and a member of First Freewill Baptist Church. Barbara enjoyed raising chickens, ducks, turkeys, and peacocks. Of all things enjoyed, being grandma to her grandchildren and great grandchildren were of utmost importance.

 

          In addition to her parents, Mrs. Langley was also preceded in death by her brother, Milton Laney; and grandson Jeremiah Medlin.

 

          Survivors include her husband, George Langley of the home; sons, Jeffery (Angel) Langley, Joey (Amanda) Langley, and Dale (Maggie) Langley all of Great Falls, SC; daughters, Brittany (Bobby) Medlin, and Teresa Ramirez both of Pageland, SC; step-mother, Betty Ann Laney of Pageland, SC; 13 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren;

brother, Michael (Bobbie Jean) Laney of Pageland, SC; sisters, Irene Chapple, and Angie Langley both of Pageland, SC, and Wanda (Les) Werth of Monroe, NC
