Barbra Jo Hackney

Barbra Jo Hackney 73 of Belfry, KY passed from this earthly life Friday May 13, 2022 at Saint Mary’s Medical Center in Huntington, WV. Barbra was born Wednesday April 27, 1949 in Pike County, KY a daughter of the late William Robert and Edith (Bowman) Leedy. Barbra was a house keeper for ARH and a member of Pinson Fork Church of God. Other than her parents Barbra was preceded in death by two sons Curtis Dwight Justice and Monroe Todd Justice; one brother Wayne Leedy; and one sister Janelle Scott. Barbra is survived by her husband William Hackney of Belfry, KY; one son Chad Hackney and his wife Amanda of Huddy, KY; two daughters Rdjetta Smith and her husband Ricky of Paintsville, KY and Melissa Hackney of TN; one brother Monis Edward Leedy of Raccoon, KY; two sisters Patsy May of Varney, WV and Roxie May of Sidney, KY; 9 Grandchildren; 3 Great Grandchildren of which the apple of her eye Lydia Rain Smith. Barbra leaves behind many other family and friends to mourn her passing. Barbra Jo Hackney will be sadly missed by all those who knew and loved her
