<p>Monica Rose Sienkiewicz, 87, of Muscatine, Iowa passed away on Thursday, May 12, 2022, at her home in Muscatine.&nbsp; There will be no visitation or funeral service.&nbsp; Sympathy notes may be left for the family at www.sandhfuneralservice.com.&nbsp; The Snyder and Hollenbaugh Funeral and Cremation Services of Muscatine is caring for Monica&rsquo;s family and arrangements.</p> <p>Monica Rose Sienkiewicz was born on January 19, 1935, in Detroit, Michigan, the daughter of&nbsp; Leonard&nbsp;and Irene (Korotko) Sienkiewicz.&nbsp; Monica was a member of the St. Mary &amp; Mathias Catholic Church.&nbsp; She enjoyed her work in Data Entry for Colorado State University.&nbsp; When not working, she enjoyed quilting, sewing, gardening with her Lilacs and Peonies, shopping, loved her cats and watching birds, cooking and eating Polish food and in her earlier years, square dancing, and bowling.&nbsp; Most of all she enjoyed life being a Mother and Grandmother to the fullest.</p> <p>Monica will be missed by her children, Michele (Ed) Ishida of Ventura, California, James Patrick (Susie) England of Buford, Georgia, Mark (Vicki) England of Loveland, Colorado, Rebecca England of Muscatine, Phyllis Renee (Daniel) Ortiz of Murrieta, California and Brett Fahlsing of Broomfield, Colorado; 13 Grandchildren; 15 Great Grandchildren and Three Brothers, Paul (Linda) Sienkiewicz of Macomb, Michigan, Tim (Nadine) Sienkiewicz of Brooklyn, Michigan and Dennis (Karen) Sienkiewicz of Lexington,&nbsp;&nbsp;Virginia.&nbsp;</p> <p>Monica was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Harry G. Sienkiewicz and two sisters, Barbara Styles and Loretta Rieche.</p> <p>Those we love don&rsquo;t go away, they walk beside us every day, unseen, unheard but always near, still loved, still missed and forever dear.</p>
