<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Miss Gracie Kayden Prater, age 16, of Flaherty, KY, passed away on Friday, May 13, 2022, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.&nbsp; Gracie was a sophomore at Meade County High School where she was an honor student.&nbsp; Gracie participated in Chorus and the FFA while in school.&nbsp; She was a dedicated employee of Hardin County Skateland and the Meade County Farmer&rsquo;s Market.&nbsp; She was also a young entrepreneur, owning her own business, Soy Wonders.</p> <p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Gracie was preceded in death by her grandfather, Danny Eugene Prater, Sr.; her great grandparents, Thurman and Biddy Bostic and John and Louise Morrow; as well as several aunts and uncles.&nbsp; She is survived by her loving parents, Mike Prater and Gena Bostic Prater; her grandparents, Bobby and Anna Bostic, Linda and Doug Lewis, and Dee Taylor and Tom Reesor; her uncle, Danny Eugene Prater, Jr.; her aunt, Jamie Rae Bostic; and her cousins, Jacob and Christopher Gore.</p> <p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Thursday, May 19, 2022, at Radiant Church, with Rev. Dina Hackert officiating.&nbsp; Burial will follow in Cap Anderson Cemetery.&nbsp; Visitation will be held at the church from 2:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Wednesday, and from 10:00 AM until the time of service on Thursday.&nbsp; Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the Meade County High School Chorus program.&nbsp;</p>
