Lloyd Allstun Obituary

Lloyd Allstun, son of the late Charley Lloyd Allstun and Tina George Allstun, was born on September 2, 1935, in Dexter, Missouri and departed this life on May 14, 2022, at Cypress Point Skilled Nursing in Dexter, Missouri, at the age of 86 years. Mr. Allstun was a former mechanic for the Massey Ferguson dealership, and a former farmer. He was a member of the Dexter Church of Christ and a resident of Dexter, Missouri. He is survived by two brothers, Franklin Allstun of Dexter, and Leon Allstun and wife Myrtle of Dexter; by his sister, Lorene Marie Ward and husband Jim of Dexter; and by several nieces and nephews. Other than by his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Raymond Glen Allstun and Carl Edward Allstun; and by his sister-in-law, Verda May Allstun. Visitation will be held at Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter on Monday, May 16, 2022, from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will then be conducted in the Mathis Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday, May 17, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow in the Armstead Dowdy Cemetery in rural Dexter, Missouri. Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter is assisting with arrangements.
