E. Loraine Dawson, 97, of Piketon, Ohio, passed 11:45 a.m. Friday, May 13, 2022 at her home. Loraine was born January 10, 1925 in Stockdale, Ohio, the daughter of the late Howard Avery Nutt and Dora Marie (Brown) Nutt. Surviving are a son, Maderia Dawson, three daughters, Karen (Dennis) Keever, Nancy (Larry) Dennstedt and Linda (Brock) Jones, five grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and special friend, Howard Williams. She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, Eleanor Smith and Eloise Turner, brother, Howard Nutt and infant brother, Arthur Nutt. Loraine was a beautician at Hair Biz and attended Piketon United Methodist Church. Graveside services will be held 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 18, 2022 at Mound Cemetery, Piketon, Ohio with Rev.
