It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Mr. Stephan O’Shea Proctor who entered into eternal rest on Thursday, May 12, 2022 at his residence. 
 

Celebration of Life Services will take place on Friday, May 20, 2022 at Towne South Church of Christ in Elizabeth City, North Carolina beginning at 12:00 Noon. A viewing and visitation will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, May 19, 2022 from 5:00pm until 7:00pm.

Masks are required for ALL SERVICES!
