Mr. Alvin Drover of Upper Island Cove passed peacefully away at the Private Josiah Squibb Memorial Pavilion, Carbonear on Thursday, May 12, 2022. Mr. Drover was 79 years old.

He leaves to mourn his loving family:

The family will be receiving relatives and friends at Slade’s Funeral Home, Crane’s Road, Upper Island Cove, on Sunday: 7:30-9 P.M., Monday: 10:30 A.M. – 12 Noon, 2-5 P.M. & 7-9 P.M. and Tuesday: 10:30 A.M.-12 Noon. The Funeral Service will be held at 2 P.M. on Tuesday, May 17, 2022 from St. Peter’s Anglican Church & Cemetery, Upper Island Cove.
