Archie Bouffard

Archie Bouffard passed away on Tuesday, May 10th, 2022 at the age of 83.

Archie was born in Gravelbourg, Saskachewan on May 10, 1939. He will be sadly missed by his wife Laurie (Dolores), children Joanne and Mark, brothers Albert, Denis and Paul, sister Jeanne, and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father Achille, mother Rose, brothers Reo, Arthur, Jean Claude, sister Florence, and special uncle Fr. Armand Guenette.

Archie was a kind and gentle man who loved spending time with family and friends. He always had a smile on his face and a joke on his lips. His passion and integrity were endless. Archie had a great love of the outdoors and was always keen for an adventure whether exploring the world or taking a short road trip. He loved the mountains but was a prairie boy at heart.

Archie will not be forgotten but forever remembered by all who were fortunate enough to know him.

In lieu of flowers, donations to The Heart & Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated by Archie’s family.

The funeral will be held at 1:30 pm on Friday, May 20th, 2022 at St. Joseph Catholic Church (640 19 Ave NW, Calgary, AB) with refreshments to follow in the parish hall.
