<p>It is with broken hearts the family of Emily Mary Boudreau wish to announce her passing which occurred on May 13, 2022, at the Carleton Kirk Home. Born in Bathurst, November 18, 1935, she was the daughter of the late Rory and Eva Franette.</p> <p>She is survived by her sons; Lee (Lisa), Gary (Melissa), Phillip, Wayne and John, daughters; Susan Boudreau (David), Brenda Beaman (Louis), Linda Boudreau (David) and Sharon Boudreau (Norman), Brother Eddie Franette, and sisters; Loretta and Leona, her 21 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren along with several nieces and nephews.</p> <p>She was predeceased by her son, Bruce, and daughters, Jacqueline, and Monique.</p> <p>She enjoyed gardening and animals, especially her cats. She will be remembered as a spitfire and a force to be reckoned with. Above everything else, her family was the most important part of her life.</p> <p>Arrangements are under the care of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (646-2424). Visiting will be held on Monday, May 16th, from 2-4 and 6-8pm. Following cremation, the funeral will be held at 11:00am on Tuesday, May 17, 2022. Interment will take place at St. Joseph&#39;s Cemetery. Remembrances made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the SPCA would be appreciated by the family.</p>
