Argeon L. Hall Obituary

Argeon L. Hall born on February 4, 1945, in Milledgeville, Georgia, the youngest daughter to the late Annie Moore (nee Odom) and Freddie Moore. She accepted Christ at an early age.

Argeon received her education in the Cleveland Public Schools and graduated with high honors from East Technical High School. She married shortly after high school and from this union had one daughter, Kimberly Ann.

She met the love of her life, the late, John L. Hall in junior high school. They later reacquainted and married. Argeon loved adventures and never visited a casino she did not like. John was her soulmate, and they enjoyed a very active social life and danced the night away. He pampered Argeon and showered her with love and affection.

She was a voracious reader, loved flowers and a history buff. It wasn't unusual for her to read a book in one day. Romance novels were her favorite! She was a joyful giver and loved to encourage others. If you went on a trip, she would tell you every historical site to visit. It was amazing to hear her speak of all the facts about different parts of the world. She cherished all souvenirs, especially turquoise.

Argeon held many positions with the Bureau of Worker's Compensation. Although she had to travel throughout Northeast Ohio for work, she mapped out every route so that she would not have to drive on the freeway. She retired as an auditor after 40 years to care for her one and only grandson Mike-Mike. He was her pride and joy!

She was a member of New Covenant Lutheran Church and was active as a treasurer and auditor throughout the years. She enjoyed accompanying the Leisure Group as they explored different restaurants and adventures throughout the City of Cleveland.

Argeon leaves to cherish her memories, her daughter, Kimberly Ann Hale, (Fernard Torain), sister, Mary Kay Vance, grandson, Michael Russaw, nephew, Rodney Vance (Phyllis), niece, Cheryl Thomas (Jim), and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
