Bessie I Yauger

Bessie I. Yauger, age 99, of Cedar Lake, formerly of Lansing, IL, passed away May 13, 2022. She is survived by her children, Jack (Theresa) Yauger and Joyce (late Robert, Jr.) Wade; eight grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild. Bessie was preceded in death by her husband, Clayton E. Yauger. Friends may greet the family on Monday, May 16, 2022 from 11 am to 1 pm at BURDAN FUNERAL HOME, 12901 Wicker Ave, Cedar Lake. A funeral service will be held Monday at 1 pm at BURDAN FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL, Pastor Ken Puent, officiating. Burial will follow at 2:30 pm on Monday at Cedar Park Cemetery, 12540 South Halstead Street in Calumet Park, IL, Bessie was a loving and devoted wife, mother, sister, and grandmother to her family. She really enjoyed gathering with her fellow friends and co-workers from her years at First National Bank of Lansing for dinners, trips, and outings. Bessie will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. In lieu of flowers, donations to Dunes Hospice in Bessie's memory would be appreciated.
