Roberta J. Weinreich, 64 of Kulpmont passed away on Friday May 13,2022 at ProMedica Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Lancaster after a long and courageous battle with ovarian cancer. Born in Danville on August 21, 1957, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Loretta “Laura” (Gilotti) Zevetski. She was a 1975 graduate of Our Lady of Lourdes High School. Roberta was a member of Holy Angels Church, Kulpmont. Roberta will be remembered for always being a great friend to others, and making people smile. Roberta loved spending time with her dog, Daisy; however, some of her favorite memories are shared with her daughter and son-in-law, Kim and Jake, and her “granddoggers” Daisy Brown and Emily, both Mommy and Me Rescues. Kim took pride in taking care of Roberta and advocated for her needs while cheering her on through life. Roberta had a wonderful support system through her journey with cancer, including her dear family and friends. Roberta is survived by her daughter, Kim Bowman and her husband Jake of New Holland, PA; one brother, James Stanley and his wife Donna of Elysburg and their son Mark. Roberta was preceded in death by her sister, Charlene and one nephew, Brian. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, May 18, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Angels Church, Kulpmont with the Rev. Andrew Stahmer, Pastor as celebrant. Interment will follow in All Saint Cemetery, Ralpho Township. A visitation will be held on Wednesday morning from 10:00 a.m. until the time of Mass in Holy Angels Church.
