Visitation for Diane M. Wilkens nee Clucas, 75, of Hanover Park since 1977 will be held Monday, May 16, 2022 3:00 – 9:00p.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 333 S. Roselle Rd. (1/2 mile south of Irving Park Rd.) Roselle. Funeral Tuesday 9:15am. To St. Marcelline Church. Mass 10:00a.m. Interment St. Michael the Archangel.
An avid bowler and Chicago White Sox fan, Diane enjoyed bowling, going to casinos, her backyard pool, taking vacations with her husband, especially cruises and loved watching her grandchildren’s sports activities. She loved football and was a Chicago Bears fan. She cherished her grandchildren and loved being a rocket family. She loved her dolphins. She had a big heart and always put everyone first, and was loved by many.
Diane is the beloved wife of the late George; loving mother of Lori (Christopher) Ross, Janice (Randy) Kotwica and the late Michelle; cherished grandmother of Joshua and Kayla (fiancé Dekota Sciabaras) Ross, Carter and Tyler Kotwica; dear sister of the late Gail Schwendinger; caring niece of Jackie (Bob) Kastegren; aunt to many loving nieces and nephews.
She will also be missed by her faithful companion “Bentley”.
