<p><strong>A celebration of life for Julie &ldquo;JuJu&rdquo; Scott, 65, will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday, May 15, 2022 at Barr-Price Funeral Home Lexington Chapel. The family will greet friends and family following the service.</strong></p> <p><strong>Mrs. Scott passed away May 10, 2022. Born in Columbia, she was the daughter of the late James and Marie Lorick Higginbotham. She enjoyed traveling, often times visiting the mountains or spending time at the beaches, especially Fripp Island. Mrs. Scott was employed at Columbia Psychiatric Associates for over 18 years. She was a family oriented lady. She loved spending time with her children, especially around the holidays. But her heart and soul was her daughter, Mandie, whom she missed dearly.</strong></p> <p><strong>Mrs. Scott is survived by her husband of 25 years, Wayne Scott; step-daughters, Amanda and Jennifer Scott; step-son, Jason Scott (Caroline); nieces, Kimberly Baughman (Allen), Kristen Watkins (Wayne), Kelli Yarborough (Bryan), Amanda O&rsquo;Neill (Chris), and Ashley Simoneaux (Philip); 15 grandchildren; sister, Wanda Harris (Alan);&nbsp; brother-in-law, David Lee; close friend, Lisa Gardner; and her beloved dogs, Zoey, Chloe, and Benji.</strong></p> <p><strong>She was preceded in death by her precious daughter, Mandie Mack; and sister, Janet Lee.</strong></p>
