<div><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="font-family:georgia,serif;">Paradise~ Curtis Rich, 78, went to be with our Lord on Wednesday, May 11, 2022 in Paradise.</span></span></div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="font-family:georgia,serif;">Funeral Service will be held 10:30 a.m. Saturday, May 14, 2022 at Grace Baptist Church in Decatur followed by burial in Sweetwater Cemetery. Family will receive friends 6:00-8:00 p.m. Friday at Hawkins Funeral Home in Bridgeport.</span></span></div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="font-family:georgia,serif;">Pastor Bill Hughes will officiate.</span></span></div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="font-family:georgia,serif;">Pallbearers are to include, Levi Hall, Chad Hall, Rusty Tolbert, Derrick Ratliff, Cody Martin and Rickey Martin.</span></span></div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="font-family:georgia,serif;">Curtis was born on May 18, 1943 to Dalton Edward and Annie Mae (Tipps) Rich in Decatur, Texas. He was a lifelong resident of Wise County and a retired heavy equipment operator who worked for Hanson Aggregate for many years. Curtis was united in marriage to Joyce (Meador) Rich on July 3rd, 1964 in Decatur and together 53 years until her passing in 2018. He was a faithful member of Grace Baptist Church. Curtis was a beloved father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, and uncle who will be missed by all that knew and loved him.</span></span></div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="font-family:georgia,serif;">He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Joyce Rich; his son, Ronnie Lynn Rich; his brother, Joe Rich; and his sister, Ruby Martin.</span></span></div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="font-family:georgia,serif;">Those left behind to cherish his memory are his son, Dalton Rich and wife Adara of Siloam Springs, Arkansas; his daughter, Robin Rich Hall of Bridgeport; and his daughter, Patty Rich Tolbert and husband Frank of Decatur; his grandchildren, Trisha Ratliff and husband Derrick, Levi and Chad Hall, Rusty Tolbert and wife Kathleen, step-grandchildren, LaDara Combs and Dallon Staggs; great-grandchildren, Kaydon, Raelinn, Brody, Kyndall, Colt, and Liam; step-great-grandchildren, Zoey, Heath, Emmitt, Dallas, Nora, Riddick, Tyler, Maddie, Tessa, and Hazel; numerous extended family members and a host of friends.</span></span></div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="font-family:georgia,serif;">Hawkins Funeral Home</span></span></div> <div><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="font-family:georgia,serif;">www.hawkinsfuneralhome.com</span></span></div> <div><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="font-family:georgia,serif;">(940) 683-2211</span></span></div>
