Rebecca M. Mathews, age 64 of White Hall passed away Sunday, May 6, 2022 at Memorial Medical Center in Springfield. She was born September 8, 1957 in White Hall, the daughter of Nathaniel and Zina Holmes Bishop. She is survived by her children, Tina (Josh) Pollard of White Hall, Johnny (Debbie) Hamm of Canton, MO, Willy (Gina) Hamm of Hillview, ten grandchildren, Nathaniel, Johnny Jr., Alec, Summer, Steven, Michael, and Zina Hamm, Tori Willis, Christopher and Joshua Pollard, Jacob Thornton, three great grandchildren, Lance Fraley, Makenzie and Christopher Pollard, two sisters, Linda (Jim) Voyles and Dorothy Bishop of White Hall, three brothers, David (Dorothy) Bishop of TX, Tommy (Jenna) Bishop of White Hall, Jerry Bishop of White Hall, several nieces and nephews, and her best friend Tina Maxon of Carrollton. She was preceded in death by her parents, a grandchild and great grandchild. Becky worked for twelve years taking care of people in their homes and sixteen years at White Hall Nursing and Rehab. She enjoyed playing BINGO, fishing, and spending time with her family and friends. Funeral services will be held 12:00 p.m. Friday, May 13, 2022 at Airsman-Hires Funeral Home in Roodhouse.
