GOODROW, Jacqueline Michele

It is with much love and sadness that the family of Jacqueline Michele Goodrow announce Jacki’s sudden passing in her sleep on May 6, 2022.

She will be dearly missed by her life long partner Dave Hand, mother MaryEllen McManamy (step father Michael Gerhardt), father Michael and stepmother Susan Goodrow, her daughters Sabrina Emde nee Goodrow, Rachel Clark and her son Dylan Clark, brother Tim Goodrow predeceased, step sister Lisa Wouhela nee Rae predeceased, step brother Brandon Rae and her many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews

Jacqueline was predeceased by her grandparents George and Norma Goodrow (nee Conway) and Austin and Jean McManamy (nee Husted)

Jacqueline was born on September 2, 1972 in Etobicoke, Ontario. She grew up with a love of swimming, horseback riding, playing the piano, gardening and photography. Jacki was extremely creative and resourceful. No matter the circumstances Jacki always created a warm and inviting home, sharing her love with Dave, her dog Roxi and for a brief time on a farm with pigs, goats and llamas. Over the years Jacqueline worked with several companies always rising to the challenges presented to her while enjoying the interaction with her customers.

Through all this, she bravely fought continuous battles with depression, diabetes, neuropathy and a host of other ailments.

Donations can be made to the Diabetes Society of Canada and The Canadian Mental Health Association.

At Jacqueline’s request there will be no funeral service and she has been cremated. The family hopes that everyone will remember her in their thoughts and prayers
