<p>Mildred Elrena Kamholz passed away peacefully May 9th , 2022. She was born August 23, 1927 to Adolph and Martha Fiepke.</p> <p>Mildred was an avid gardener, a wonderful cook and a phenomenal&nbsp;baker, (a &quot;great maker&quot; as her grandson Josh once said.) She worked for many years at CLCHS in the cafeteria and also as a barista at Two A &quot;T&quot; coffee shop. She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church since 1956.</p> <p><br /> Mildred is survived by her children, Karen Kamholz, Kurt (Debra) Kamholz, and Kim (Christopher) Archie; grandchildren, Kathryn (Dan) Dziewior, Joshua (Carly) Kamholz, Jenna (Wesley) Janson, Jack Archie; great grandchildren, Brittany, Everett, Lucas, James, Jonathan, and Joanna; great great grandchildren, Mason and Miles;&nbsp;her siblings, Norman Fiepke, Helen Lee, and Wilbert (Roslyn) Fiepke.</p> <p><br /> She was proceeded in death by her husband of 67 years, Melvin; parents; and eight siblings.</p> <p>Visitation will be 10am until the service at 11am Thursday May 12th at Davenport Family Funeral Home 419 E Terra Cotta Ave (Route 176) Crystal Lake. Burial will follow at McHenry County Memorial Park.</p> <p><br /> In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Immanuel Lutheran Church 300Pathway Ct, Crystal Lake, IL 60014</p>

Mildred Elrena Kamholz passed away peacefully May 9th , 2022. She was born August 23, 1927 to Adolph and Martha Fiepke.

Mildred was an avid gardener, a wonderful cook and a phenomenal baker, (a "great maker" as her grandson Josh once said.) She worked for many years at CLCHS in the cafeteria and also as a barista at Two A "T" coffee shop. She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church since 1956.
