<p>Ernest Demetrius Holloway, age 49, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, May 5, 2022.</p> <p>Ernest was born on March 18, 1973, in Columbus, Ohio, to Ernest and Deborah Holloway. He graduated from Westerville South High School and received his college education from Columbus State Community College, as well as Ohio State Barber College.</p> <p>Ernest met Lucretia Dunbar, and they spent the last 20 years together. They were each other&rsquo;s lifelong companions and friends. He helped raise her two children, LaNija and Briqston Sales, as his own before they were blessed with three children of their own.</p> <p>Ernest was a very private person, but he loved spending time with his family and children. He enjoyed traveling, loved to dress nice, and liked to sport his jewelry. He was employed by several well-known companies over the years, but his greatest passion was for Landscaping and Home Remodeling, a trade he learned from working alongside his father.</p> <p>Ernest is survived by his lifelong partner and fianc&eacute;, Lucretia Dunbar; daughters, Alexis, Asia, and A&rsquo;Leah Holloway; son, Kamreon Holloway; bonus children, Briqston and LaNija Sales; grandchildren, A&rsquo;Nyla, Avery, Ashton Holloway, Nylaya Owens, Julius, Jaxson, and Jadiah Rowe; parents, Ernest Holloway and Deborah Holloway-Hagens; grandmother, Bertha Holloway; brother, Everett (Marquis) Holloway; sister, LeTisha Holloway; nieces, Quierra and Essence Holloway; nephews, Elijah, Emmanuelle, and Chace Holloway; great-nephew, Harlem Holloway; great-niece, Queen Binford; he is also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and other extended family and friends.</p> <p>He was preceded in death by his sister, Erin Holloway, stepfather, Rodney Hagens, grandfather, Jacob Holloway, and maternal grandparents, David and Mary Sidney, and some of his very close cousins.</p>

Ernest Demetrius Holloway, age 49, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, May 5, 2022.

Ernest was born on March 18, 1973, in Columbus, Ohio, to Ernest and Deborah Holloway. He graduated from Westerville South High School and received his college education from Columbus State Community College, as well as Ohio State Barber College.
