Denise M. "Dee" Allen, age 69, of Council Bluffs passed away on Saturday, May 7, 2022 at Select Specialty Hospital in Omaha. She was born on October 20, 1952 in Marne, Iowa. Denise married Doran “Mike” Allen on September 3, 1969. She was a member of Black Powder Rendezvous and enjoyed crocheting. Denise was preceded in death by her husband, Doran F. “Mike” Allen in 2007; mother, Dorothy Raether in 2001. She is survived by 2 sons, Dennis Allen and Anthony Allen both of Council Bluffs; 6 grandchildren, Alysha, Toni, Cheyenne, Tobias, Alexia and Shayla; great-granddaughter, Mikayla; sister, Dorothy Lawson of Brooklyn Center, MN. Visitation with family on Thursday from 5:00 – 7:00PM at Cutler-O’Neill-Meyer-Woodring Funeral Home. Funeral Service on Friday at 1:00PM at the Funeral Home. Burial Garner Township Cemetery. Family will direct memorials.
