He was born on June 20, 1937 at the residence of midwife Mrs. Anderson of Shevlin to Swedish Immigrant parents Charley and Mamie (Lundin) Paulson of Alida. He was welcomed home to the family farm north of Alida by his sister Gladys and brothers Alvin, Edwin, and Elmer. Kenneth enjoyed growing up on the farm with his family and attended Alida School through eighth grade. In his younger years he worked road construction with his brother-in-law, Walter Teige, in both North and South Dakota. He later returned to farm with his brother Ed on the family farm. After his brother Ed passed away, Kenneth continued to live on the farm until 2003 when he moved to Bagley. He enjoyed living at the Otterkill Apartments for fifteen years where he made many new friends. He spent the last four years of his life living at Cornerstone Resident Senior Care. Kenneth is survived by sister-in-law Elnora Paulson of Shevlin, nephews Robert Paulson, Rodney (Natalie) Paulson, Allen (Julie) Paulson, Ricky (Sue) Paulson, Floyd (Ardell) Paulson and Nieces Marlys(Jim) Pedric, Judy Morrell, Jackie Teige, Sheryl Lundin, and special great niece Lindsay Paulson (Paul) and several great nephews and nieces. The family would like to thank the Clearwater County Nursing Service, especially Mary St. George and Mary Loftus for their care. Special thanks to Dr. Spence for his friendship and care. Kenneth was very grateful for all the employees at Cornerstone who assisted him with his needs, provided friendship and laughter and made Cornerstone his home.
