Patricia Foss Boutcher passed away peacefully the morning of May 3rd, 2022, with the love of her family surrounding her.  

Patricia was born in Salem, Ma on June 5, 1937, to Robert and Florence Foss. She grew up in Essex, Ma from age 2 and attended Rufus Choat Grade School and on to Gloucester High School. She then joined the Army WACS after graduating. She attended School for the Signal Corps and worked in the Pentagon in Washington DC.  

Patricia will be lovingly remembered by her four children: Jamie Boutcher married to Katie Boutcher in Lyman Maine, Pamela Barker in Newburyport, Ma, Gary Clinard in Lansing Michigan, and Derek Boutcher in Boston, Ma. She has four grandchildren: her beloved grandson Joshua Brickett who passed away in 1985, Zachary Paul Meader in Groveland Ma, and David and Adam Clinard in Boston, Ma and Candia, NH. 

She and her husband Jim moved to Melvin Village N.H. after all her children graduated. She owned a used clothing store called Twice Around for a few years while joining Huggins Hospital where she worked until she was 72 years old. Her husband passed in 2007 and she moved into elderly housing in Wolfeboro where she lived for the last 14 years before moving to assisted living. 

A private service will be held at the Veterans Cemetery Columbarium in Boscawen, N.H.
