Sammi Cundiff

On May 3, 2022, our precious little angel, Sammi Cundiff, went home to be with the Lord. She was born on June 7, 2000. Sammi attended Middletown High School and was known by everyone. She proudly graduated in 2018. Sammi was a social butterfly who always had a smile for everyone. She had quite a talent for "sniffing out" a can of Coke from a mile away. Sammi had participated in the Special Olympics for over 15 years and also enjoyed playing softball with the Dream Catchers in the summer. You could always find her listening to music and dancing. Sammi will be greatly missed by her parents, Mary & Anthony Cundiff; brother, Andy; sister, Hannah; grandparents, Phillip Cundiff, Connie & Ray Baker; aunts & uncles, Angela (Checko) Black, Melissa (James) Weaver, Tina Cundiff & Vicki (Jerry) Richards; lots of cousins; and family friend, Dan Lamb. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Lloyd Sweat, Delma Ballard & Maxine Cundiff. A Celebration of Life will be Monday, May 23, 2022 at 6:00 pm at The Salvation Army 1914 First Avenue Middletown, with Major Jud Laidlaw officiating. Visitation will be prior to the service from 4:00 - 6:00 pm at the church. Burial will be Tuesday morning, the 24th, at 11:00 am at Woodhill Cemetery, in Franklin Township.
