Liana C. Rubbinaccio (nee D’Amico), 85, of Toms River, NJ passed away Sunday, May 1, 2022.

Born in Jersey City, NJ, she lived in Union City, NJ before moving to Toms River 22 years ago.

Liana was a Librarian at the Roosevelt School in Union City, NJ and also volunteered for Ocean County Superior Court child services. Liana loved to travel around the world with her friends and husband. Her hobbies were painting her garden decorations, making ceramics, and watching her mystery shows.

She is survived by her loving husband Michael of 70 years, five sons Michael (Marie), Stephen (Susan), Robert (Marji), Paul (Angela), and John; brother, Americo D’Amico, and sister, Armida LaCarubba; the grandmother of eleven grandchildren and doting great-grandmother of Gabriella, Stephen R., Michael, and Benjamin.

The family will receive relatives and friends on Thursday, May 5, 2022 4:00pm – 8:00pm at the Timothy E Ryan Home for Funerals, 995 Fischer Blvd., Toms River. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered Friday 10:00am at the Parish of St. Junipero Serra (St.Catharine of Siena RC Church), Seaside Park, NJ. Entombment to follow at Ocean County Memorial Park, Toms River.
