Jesus Franco Paras, of Carol Stream, generous father, faithful family man and avid gardener passed away on Wednesday, April 27, 2022 at home in Illinois surrounded by his family. He was 90 years old. Retired at the young age of 60 years old, Jesus moved to the US as his children started migrating over to the US. His greatest pride and joy were his family. He travelled regularly between the US and the Philippines to take care of his grandchildren during the summer and spend time with his children dispersed across the US. He instilled the values of closeness among the family and surrounding neighborhood. In addition to his six children, Jesus was survived by ten grand children along with his beautiful and faithful wife, Adoracion. Visitation will be held Sunday, May 1st, from 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM at Bucaro Funeral Home, 485 W. Army Trail Rd, Bloomingdale. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, May 2nd, with prayers at 10:15 AM from Bucaro Funeral Home to St. Isidore Parish for 10:45 AM Mass. Interment will follow at Acacia Park Cemetery in Chicago.
